Lt. Pyatkh reports on the location of Operation Code A-02, the Susano-O. It is currently passing through Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

Admiral Ozawa understands that the role of the Imperial Army is to escort the Susano-O. He hopes that the sacrifices of his soldiers will be worth it.

On the morning of the operation, the Imperial Combined Fleet, and the United Nations Pacific Fleet advance toward the site of the decisive battle.

The guns of all the ships of the Combined Fleet take aim at the nest of mankind's hated enemy.

The Valkyries Flights take up their positions. They can't help but feel nervous about the prospect of fighting tens of thousands of BETAs with only 13 TSFs.

The Laser Class haven't attacked the TSFs on the ground since the start of the operation. Perhaps they're saving their power for the Susano-O?

The only possible reasons why the Susano-O would be a target are that it’s a flying object, its computer is the most powerful in the combat zone, and its main engine is slightly unusual.

Now even Meiya says something that sounds like a death flag. "That land is where our hearts belong…"

Mankind cannot afford to lose the Susano-O, its most powerful weapon. The Valkyries, and Shirogane Takeru, have to do whatever it takes to protect it.

The Valkyries are notified that bombardment will begin again in 10 minutes, after the fleet switches to AL rounds.
