Meiya says that regardless of what problems the government and military have, it’s the Shogun's responsibility to fix. There was no need for the rebels to shed blood.

Meiya tries to advance, saying she still might make it in time. But Takeru stops her.

Takeru doesn’t know what to say to Miki, but Kamiyo tells him Yuuhi wants to see him.

As Takeru tries to take care of Yuuhi, he remembers that Meiya was worried about somebody.

As Komaki continues to resist, Cpt. Isumi calls her on an open channel and says this battle is meaningless.

In the Koubuin clan, twins are regarded as an ill-omen that can potentially split Japan. Meiya was given to the Mitsurugi clan immediately after being born.

Suzumiya protects Tsukiji as she cries and screams in fear at Takahara’s death.

The transports reach the target point and begin the TSF drop sequence.

The transports are following an ultra-low flight path to avoid Laser Class and anti-air craft fire. This is extremely dangerous, as they might crash into the mountains.
