Walken says that they’re going to take Hunter 3 back to America to stand trial as a spy and act as a witness, instead of executing them on the spot.

Sagiri issues Walken a warning in an angry voice.

Walken is stunned to see his override broken. Hunter 3 heads after Shirogane again.

Hunter 3, the one that fired at Takeru, tries to fire again, but its weapons are locked.

Walken recognizes the resolve of Sagiri and the rebels, but he has resolve of his own.

Sagiri looks at the moon, with no regret for what he’s done.

Walken is stunned to see his override broken. Hunter 3 heads after Shirogane again.

Yuuhi's words are intended for all the soldiers present here, but it seems like she’s speaking specifically to 207.

Takeru looks to see how Meiya is reacting to Yuuhi's words.

Yuuhi speaks to the assembled UN and Japanese soldiers.

The Takemikazuchi and Shiranui ready themselves for one final strike.

She says we must not disregard those who felt the need to rise up for the people of Japan.

Mikoto is summoned by Marimo.

Ayamine opens fire on Sagiri just before he can finish Chizuru. Ayamine makes her feelings plain, and yells to him in a plaintive voice.

207 and Walken's Flight are given an audience with Yuuhi.

When she hears about 207, Yuuhi orders them brought to her.

Yuuhi tells Miki that her choice to serve international society in the same way her father did was a splendid one.

The superior officer’s lock on Hunter 3 is undone.

Takeru believes the new OS can help him escape, and hopes he can go home alive with the rest of 207.

Ayamine says Sagiri's name, shaking, in front of the waterfall.

Takeru can understand Sagiri's love for his country, but he has something more important.

Irma swears she’ll rebuild Finland, the land her father tried to protect. Miki thinks back to what her own father said.

Sagiri and Ayamine have known each other for years. The two of them were raised like sibling.

The Shogun is in charge of the government. If a problem is occurring, the Shogun and army should be the ones to fix it. But that’s not what’s happening now.

There’s only one person who can end this now: Sagiri.

Yuuhi finishes her speech and tells Takeru to go.

Takeru quickly takes Meiya and retreats, with Tsukuyomi providing cover.

After a short silence, Yuuhi accepts Meiya’s offer.

Yuuhi asks Sgt. Jinguuji if she can speak to the members of 207 individually, and she agrees.

Everyone adjusts their posture, and Yuuhi looks up as Walken speaks.

Sagiri's actions are no different than those of the Japanese government during the expulsion at Mt. Tengan. He and his men have no right to claim to speak for the people.

The battle began in the capital when an American intelligence agency spy opened fire.

Irma and Miki exchange a traditional Japanese promise.

Sagiri, moved by the Shogun’s words and tears, surrenders and entrusts the Shogun with the lives of his men.

Irma clutches her pendant, and thinks of her father and family in a faraway land.

Irma promises to invite Miki and her dad to Finland when it’s rebuilt.

Irma joined the American army despite being Finnish to gain citizenship.

Takeru is aware that he’s a Japanese citizen and will take responsibility for his words.
