Meiya was removed from her home, forced to conceal her identity, and educated to take over as the Shogun in case something happened to Yuuhi.

He’s frustrated at how he was only able to sit and watch things unfold, and asks himself what he's lacking. But he gets know answer.

The Valkyries begin to tear apart the rebel forces.

Takeru stands on that hill, looking out on Yokohama.

Chizuru speaks of her resolve at the grave of her father, the man who she was never able to work things out with.

Walken orders his men to protect Shirogane, but they’re blocked by rebels and can’t go to his aid.

Meiya can’t hold back tears as she takes the doll.

Komaki survived the battlefield and is now recovering from her wounds. Maybe her heart will only heal when she’s atoned for her sins.

207 and Yuuhi watch the battle end.

Tsukuyomi’s words make Sagiri realize he's done his part to save his country, but now is the time to atone for his sins.

Japanese must remember who they are, and work to live up to that ideal every day.

207 and Walken's Flight are given an audience with Yuuhi.

When she hears about 207, Yuuhi orders them brought to her.

Yuuhi asks Takeru why he doesn’t have enough patriotism. He talks about the other members of 207.

Irma promises to invite Miki and her dad to Finland when it’s rebuilt.

Miki and Irma introduce each other.

Miki has a terrifying thought: her father might be involved in the coup in order to bring the Americans closer to Japan.

One of the trainees appears before Yuuhi as she tries to go to persuade the rebels.

こんそめぱんち

Yuuhi says that even when the rebels are put on trial and punished for what they’ve done, she wants forgiveness for their love of their country.

こんそめぱんち

Yuuhi says that she herself will go in her Takemikazuchi to persuade the rebels to stand down, and end the conflict as soon as possible.

Takeru thinks of something and leaves formation.

Takeru is worried that Meiya might be upset she couldn't save Sagiri.

Sagiri lost the officer he’d respected as a father, and his daughter, the girl he’d grown up with, at the hands of his fellow man.

Yuuhi thanks Takeru, and says she hopes that what they discussed may provide him with a clue to solving his problems.

After seeing for himself so many different ways people felt and thought during this mission, Takeru didn't know what to do.

A future that would have saved many lives is gone. But Meiya cannot be allowed to die. The sisters must live, so that someday they may be reunited.

Sagiri's signal disappears.

Takeru looks to see how Meiya is reacting to Yuuhi's words.

The G Bomb destroyed the still-intact city of Yokohama, along with the Hive.

Mikoto is taken by the MPs, but Marimo says there’s little they can do to a trainee.

Walken lost his witness, but he tells Takeru to retreat immediately.

Takeru gives Meiya the doll that Yuuhi gave him. Meiya knows what it is.

After a short silence, Yuuhi accepts Meiya’s offer.

Takeru quickly takes Meiya and retreats, with Tsukuyomi providing cover.

Finally in front of the Shogun, Sagiri kneels on the palm of his TSF and gives his name.

Yuuhi knew Meiya was with the 207 because Takeru called her Meiya when they first met.

Takeru realizes that the purple Takemikazuchi brought in with the Fubukis is the shogun's personal model.

Takeru and the girls try a risky full acceleration manuever to get through the battlefield.

At Instructor Jinguuji's order, Takeru is the first to take off.
