Yuuhi is suffering from her inability to heal her exhausted people, but through her desire to protect the people, their soul, and their nation, Takeru learns what a nation is.

After hearing the plan, Walken asks Tsukuyomi if the Royal Guard is willing to go along with something so far from what Yuuhi wants.

Yuuhi refuses to allow humanity’s protectors to fight and die for the sake of a single Shogun.

Tsukuyomi contacts Sagiri and tells them they want to talk.

Meiya, now looking exactly like Yuuhi, gets in Takeru's TSF.

Takeru tells her that Meiya understands her pain, and was angry about the incident on Mt. Tengan.

Cup held high, Sagiri gives encouragement to the other surface pilots. The control tower is hurrying to get them ready for launch.

But Takeru doesn’t understand how the rebels benefit from this honor or pride.

Lt. Tsukuyomi says that it’s the American government that’s putting American soldier’s lives in danger.

Sgt. Jinguuji hears Tsukuyomi's outburst towards Walken, and reminds her that any provocative statements might interfere with the completion of the mission.

Walken is annoyed, but Tsukuyomi insist that a mere unit commander doesn’t have the right to order a foreign nation's head of state to be injected with dangerous drugs.
