Christmas is the day Santa gives presents. But Santa doesn't exist. Instead, the young Takeru decided to give Sumika a present every year.

Alternative IV was based on the fact that the BETA did not recognize humans as a life form, information which was obtained through Alternative III.

The Takeru of this world lost his warmth right in front of Sumika's eyes. The heat of life had left his body. He was literally torn apart.

Even in the "previous world," Sumika's brain was close by. However, he did not realize that it was Sumika, and even thought it was creepy.

The plan had come to a standstill due to major problems at the stage of implanting Sumika's personality into the 00 Unit's quantum conductive brain.

By the time of the operational evaluation test in one week, the 00 Unit needs to be usable. Takeru heads for the 00 Unit's adjustment room, unsure of how to feel.

Sumika finally recognizes Takeru's presence. The chance to give her that carved wooden Santa rabbit he had prepared for her came.

Takeru asks if there are any memories that aren't from her daily life, but the response comes instantly: no.

Sumika said that she would kill all the ones who killed Takeru. She said it clearly. The Takeru in "this world" was killed by someone!

Kasumi reports on Sumika's condition. It's a sign that things are changing.
