Chizuru is at the PX to get breakfast. Lost in thought, she almost slams into Takeru.

Sumika complains to Chizuru about what happened this morning. Sumika messes up and says that it wasn't his front door, but Takeru himself who was modified.

Major Walken says that the lives that were lost are lives that exist to fight the BETA.
