Tsukuyomi’s team says they’ve remained in Yokohama to protect Meiya. Meiya emotionally argues back.

America is looking for a chance to take independent action, but Yokohama Base can’t do anything without proper paperwork. The discussion goes nowhere.

Yuuko says she won’t let America handle this on their own, or let Alternative V happen. Undersecretary Tamase withdraws, for the moment.
