The F-15s are helpless against the BETA without real bullets. Takeru begins to shiver in fear as the TSFs are destroyed one after another.

Takeru is worried the veterans may try to get revenge for their defeat, but instead they start to compliment him. They say his brain is incredible for coming up with the new OS.
