With the enemy out of reach after they’ve crossed Hiekawa, Lt. Tsukuyomi suggests that they allow Yuuhi time to rest.

Lt. Tsukuyomi is pained at the thought of having put Yuuhi in danger, but Sgt. Jinguuji tells her the words she was told by her Chief Maid.

Yuuhi is willing to put her life at first to save the lives of many soldiers and citizens. But Takeru still isn't sure.

Sagiri realized that he would have to dirty his hands to save Japan from danger.

The other rebels see Sagiri's death.

The Raptor is America’s most powerful TSF, and stronger than a Shiranui. But the will to save its nation gets the Shiranui closer.

Walken orders his men to protect Shirogane, but they’re blocked by rebels and can’t go to his aid.

A sudden round from Irma, who should be an ally, ends the persuasion attempt. Shirogane is attacked by two rebel Shiranuis.

The rebels surrender and the coup comes to an end. The Imperial Navy is waiting for Yuuhi in Yokohama Base.

Yuuhi is suffering from her inability to heal her exhausted people, but through her desire to protect the people, their soul, and their nation, Takeru learns what a nation is.

Even though there’s a partition between them, the two don't look at each other.

Yuuhi has given a direct order to protect Meiya. Even if just for a moment, Tsukuyomi trusts Takeru enough to entrust him with the task.

Irma clutches her pendant, and thinks of her father and family in a faraway land.

Takeru doesn’t know what to say to Miki, but Kamiyo tells him Yuuhi wants to see him.

Yuuhi has given a direct order to protect Meiya. Even if just for a moment, Tsukuyomi trusts Takeru enough to entrust him with the task.

Meiya was infuriated at the forced expulsion of the people from Mt. Tengan, and Yuuhi was willing to be a decoy to protect the people of the capital. They're both similar in that they love the people of Japan.

Yuuhi's hands shake slightly, as she says that Meiya may be disillusioned with her for using her as a political tool.

After hearing Sgt. Jinguuji's opinion, Walken makes plain his anger at the Japanese people.

Irma and Miki exchange a traditional Japanese promise.

Takemikazuchi and Shiranui - Tsukuyomi and Sagiri have one final clash. The blade of judgment gives the sinner a merciful end.

Takeru is worried that Meiya might be upset she couldn't save Sagiri.

Hunter 3, the one that fired at Takeru, tries to fire again, but its weapons are locked.

The long night ends, and Komaki learns of Sagiri's death.

Meiya can’t hold back tears as she takes the doll.

Takeru tells Meiya that the one who gave him the doll said it was proof that they were together, if even for a few days.

Yuuko's plan is about to come to fruition. What will “she” bring humanity when she's born...?

Whether the persuasion succeeds or not, it will make it easier for Yuuhi to escape.

Yuuhi asks Takeru why he hesitated to inject the triazolam.

Meiya tries to advance, saying she still might make it in time. But Takeru stops her.

Tsukuyomi gives Walken a short summary of the plan.

Ayamine opens fire on Sagiri just before he can finish Chizuru. Ayamine makes her feelings plain, and yells to him in a plaintive voice.

Irma hears a voice telling her that she shot the shogun, and then loses her life to gunfire from an unknown source.

Ayamine says Sagiri's name, shaking, in front of the waterfall.

Takeru can understand Sagiri's love for his country, but he has something more important.

The empire will collapse someday without Yuuhi to lead it. Thus, Meiya asks to perform the duty she’s trained for since being a small child.

Takeru thinks that perhaps he’s not enough of a Japanese patriot.

Yuuhi finishes her speech and tells Takeru to go.

When Yuuhi hears Ayamine's name, she says that she trained under several officers in order to learn how to command the military.

Meiya, now looking exactly like Yuuhi, gets in Takeru's TSF.

Yuuhi, the Shogun, bows her head to an American officer and UN army trainees.

The Imperial Army on the continent helped evacuate the local citizens at Ayamine's father's command. As a result, the UN Army took heavy damage, and he was punished.

Even if his goal was to share the Shogun's will with the people, it’s not acceptable to eliminate by force those who will not listen.

While on patrol, Miki hears a sound in the bushes and is surprised to find an American surface pilot.

Yuuhi thanks Takeru, and says she hopes that what they discussed may provide him with a clue to solving his problems.

Irma and Miki exchange a traditional Japanese promise.

It was Hunter 2, Irma Thesleff, who suddenly opened fire.

Irma says that she needs to get citizenship to get her family out of the refugee camps, and that her father volunteered for the Finnish army and went missing.

Irma says she’s a Finnish war refugee who lost her home to the BETA.

Even if the people hated him for it, the Undersecretary attempted to work with America.

Takeru is aware that he’s a Japanese citizen and will take responsibility for his words.

The Shogun is in charge of the government. If a problem is occurring, the Shogun and army should be the ones to fix it. But that’s not what’s happening now.

Meiya succeeds in persuading the rebels to surrender. The members of 207 reflect on what’s just happened.
