Chizuru speaks of her resolve at the grave of her father, the man who she was never able to work things out with.

Walken orders his men to protect Shirogane, but they’re blocked by rebels and can’t go to his aid.

Meiya can’t hold back tears as she takes the doll.

Komaki survived the battlefield and is now recovering from her wounds. Maybe her heart will only heal when she’s atoned for her sins.

207 and Yuuhi watch the battle end.

Irma promises to invite Miki and her dad to Finland when it’s rebuilt.

Miki has a terrifying thought: her father might be involved in the coup in order to bring the Americans closer to Japan.

One of the trainees appears before Yuuhi as she tries to go to persuade the rebels.

Yuuhi says that even when the rebels are put on trial and punished for what they’ve done, she wants forgiveness for their love of their country.

Yuuhi says that she herself will go in her Takemikazuchi to persuade the rebels to stand down, and end the conflict as soon as possible.

Takeru thinks of something and leaves formation.

Takeru is worried that Meiya might be upset she couldn't save Sagiri.

Sagiri lost the officer he’d respected as a father, and his daughter, the girl he’d grown up with, at the hands of his fellow man.

Yuuhi thanks Takeru, and says she hopes that what they discussed may provide him with a clue to solving his problems.

After seeing for himself so many different ways people felt and thought during this mission, Takeru didn't know what to do.

A future that would have saved many lives is gone. But Meiya cannot be allowed to die. The sisters must live, so that someday they may be reunited.

Sagiri's signal disappears.

Takeru looks to see how Meiya is reacting to Yuuhi's words.

Walken lost his witness, but he tells Takeru to retreat immediately.

After a short silence, Yuuhi accepts Meiya’s offer.

Takeru quickly takes Meiya and retreats, with Tsukuyomi providing cover.

Finally in front of the Shogun, Sagiri kneels on the palm of his TSF and gives his name.

Yuuhi knew Meiya was with the 207 because Takeru called her Meiya when they first met.

Takeru realizes that the purple Takemikazuchi brought in with the Fubukis is the shogun's personal model.

Takeru and the girls try a risky full acceleration manuever to get through the battlefield.

At Instructor Jinguuji's order, Takeru is the first to take off.

A-01’s Kashiwagi Haruko is upset that she won't be getting the spotlight, but refuses Hayase’s provocations.

Takeru obeys Yuuhi’s order, and tells the others he’ll be jumping to take a shortcut through the next valley.

A line of Type 87 Self-Propelled Maintenance and Support Mounts heads for the mission area.

Takeru says that what she told him is their secret.

The plotters killed several members of the government, including Chizuru's father, the prime minister.

Takeru is shocked to hear that the prime minister, who is Chizuru's father, was killed.

What Meiya said at the PX was fundamentally the same as what Sagiri said.

Yoroi Sakon suddenly appears in the command room.

During the trip to Tougashima, they’re told fighting has broken out in the capital.

Units from Royal Guard garrisons are gathering up at the Imperial Capital Castle in case the capital becomes a warzone.

Takeru sees how Meiya is doing and gets worried. He opens a private line.

The people from COSEAN who gave her the letter said that Shuukaku prioritized saving civilian lives.

The coup plotters will ask for a direct order from the Shogun, but it won’t come immediately.

The team splits into two groups, A and B, on arrival.

Takeru is worried about Yuuhi’s health, but she say she has flight experience.

Takeru sees Yuuhi suffering when the TSF is buffered by shocks, and tries to drop his speed. But Yuuhi stops him.

A rebel Shiranui dodges past gunfire to fight an Imperial one up close.

Sakon leaves, saying he has more work to do. Yuuhi gives him words of encouragement.

Hunter 1 tells Hunter 5 to watch the rear.

Takeru says that the reason Meiya didn’t use the Takemikazuchi Yuuhi sent was that she didn’t like being given special treatment.

The Americans will handle the pursuers. The unit is a little less scared.

The three groups of F-22As form a defense perimeter, attemping to break through a huge number of enemy units.

Sakon says that there are those who want to start a civil war, and tells Takeru to take Yuuhi to Yokohama Base.

The rebels reach Hiekawa and begin fighting the Americans.

Yuuhi is confused why something is missing even though Tsukuyomi's team is there. She’s about to ask when Walken calls them.

The rebels are burning with anger towards America. Being forced to speak in English is infuriating to them.

Takeru was going slow out of concern for Yuuhi’s safety, but Yuuhi orders him to speed up.

There’s no time to rejoice in success. Yuuhi's body has been pushed to its limits.

During resupply, Meiya is looking over at Takeru’s TSF, frustrated.

Walken says that the enemy will reach the Hiekawa Tool Booth, but can’t do anything rash while the Shogun is there.

During the guard mission, Takeru gets out of his TSF to stay awake.

Yuuhi put an end to the capital city battle by using herself as a distraction and forcing the plotters to pursue her.

207-B defends Tougashima Castle. It’s getting dark and snow is starting to fall.

Ayamine hands Takeru the unopened letter. He reads it.

Sakon says that he and Yuuko know how to properly use pawns.

A nation exists within people's hearts, and people exist alongside a nation, Meiya says.

Chizuru admits that her father’s death is actually a shock to her.

Yuuko is annoyed, but manages to give a biting remark when she hears that the American Pacific Fleet is already deployed.

The U.N. doesn’t want an unstable Japan, but Yuuko asks if that’s because they only see Japan as a shield.

Undersecretary Tamase orders the base to intervene in the coup. The commander asks why.

The US forces make an assault landing and join the fighting.

Meiya says that valuing the wrong thing will sometimes lead you down the wrong path. Takeru is annoyed and says this shouldn’t be their priority.
