Yuuko had already assumed that Takeru would escape then come back. Surprised and annoyed by this, Takeru finds himself glaring at her.

Takeru salutes his predecessors. He's welcomed back from his special mission on the front lines.

Cpt. Isumi tells Takeru that with no other reinforcements coming, she's happy to have a star player like Takeru. He should expect to be badly overworked.

The real worst. The real worst is that he will no longer be recognized by the people he has come in contact with. Takeru feels his heart racing in shock.

Takeru walks to the roof of the school building. As he walks, he's calling out Sumika's name...

Yuuko stops Takeru as he heads for the rooftop. She knew he was going to jump off the roof and make himself disappear as well.
