Yuuko sees how much of a hurry Takeru’s in and realizes that it’s not the Takeru she knows.

After the results of yesterday's experiment Yuuko adjusted the device. Today they have to make it work.

Now that his resolve is restored after hearing Yuuko's words, Takeru is given an envelope.

The device activates at full strengthand power shuts off in Yokohama Base.

Yuuko looks towards this new Takeru, who she realizes is meeting her for the first time in 3 years.

Takeru is asked if he wants to see Sumika and the others, and says yes. But right now he has something more important to do.

Takeru envisions his old world with a firm, powerful will, so that he can get the formula.

Yuuko's orders are strange, but Takeru understands it has to do with getting him to his old world and helping with Alternative IV.

Sakon speculates that this supposedly dead man, Shirogane Takeru, is the cause of these strange events.

Takeru says that he came back without being able to accomplish anything.

The man is with Imperial Intelligence’s Foreign Affairs Section 2. His name is Sakon Yoroi.
