Coming back to the Susano-O was the right choice. But there's too many enemies for her to fight alone.

A heavily damaged TSF slips through the gaps in the lasers and takes down another Heavy Laser Class.

Captain Isumi's sacrifice protects not only human lives but also Alternative IV. The failure of Operation A-21 would have put Yuuko and her men in a difficult position.

The restart of the autopilot program of the Susano-O has not yet been completed. In light of the enemy reinforcements, Yuuko gives Captain Isumi instructions to withdraw.

Thank you for everything. It's only been two years, but it feels like a lifetime. Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for allowing me to protect humanity's future under your command.

Lt. Kashiwagi's vital monitors are all flat. There's no response from her fortified suit, either. She died, melted to nothing by a Fort Class's acid.

If the BETA aren't stopped here, they'll head for the mainland. The Susano-O's engines are booted up in a last attempt to stop it.

Yuuko watches the battle situation. The soldiers are risking their lives. Their sacrifice must be made to matter.

The commanders have set up a secret line between the A-01 and Michiru's subordinates. It's the least they can do for her, they say.

In the communications room where Yuuko is waiting, Takeru reports that he has connected the 00 Unit to the maintenance equipment. Yuuko thanks him.

Preparations for the blast are going well. Echo and Whiskey have evacuated. Takeru thinks that means Isumi and Kashiwagi made it out, too.

A place to die is not given to those who wish it, and now is not the time yet. It is something that comes to us as we go on living to save more people.
