In the central command room, news is coming in of the coup breaking out all over Japan.

The coup plotters will ask for a direct order from the Shogun, but it won’t come immediately.

Meiya apologizes for Tsukuyomi’s attitude, but Takeru understands it's only natural that she’d think that way.

Several hours pass and it's now evening.

Meiya says that valuing the wrong thing will sometimes lead you down the wrong path. Takeru is annoyed and says this shouldn’t be their priority.

Takeru is surprised: this didn't happen in the old world.

Japan is now in a dangerous state, and Yokohama base is on alert.

Takeru meets Meiya and says he's going to see Yuuko. He’s worried about Alternative V.

America is looking for a chance to take independent action, but Yokohama Base can’t do anything without proper paperwork. The discussion goes nowhere.

Yuuko says she won’t let America handle this on their own, or let Alternative V happen. Undersecretary Tamase withdraws, for the moment.

For a brief moment, silence rules the night.
