Lt. Tsukuyomi says that no Japanese would ever break a promise made in the Shogun’s name, and Major Walken accepts the offer.

In the face of an incredible threat to humanity, Walken says, Japan is wasting precious manpower and time on a civil war.

The Shogun has been entrusted by the Emperor with running all aspects of the state, and her safety is a higher priority than even the government’s demands.

Sagiri arrives at Atsugi Base and is met at the runway by well-prepared rebels.

Cup held high, Sagiri gives encouragement to the other surface pilots. The control tower is hurrying to get them ready for launch.

Lt. Tsukuyomi then turns her anger on Sgt. Jinguuji, and asks if the Royal Guard are the UN’s enemy too. A fight feels like it might break out at any moment.

Sagiri’s followers listen to him carefully, holding cups of their own.

As the battle rages, 207 has passed through Hiekawa. But they stop before getting too far away.
