The A, B, and C Flights annihilate the BETA in the blink of an eye. A perfect victory without even breaking a sweat.

Vibration and sound sensors on the F-15s of the Sauber team detect over 40,000 incoming BETA. They decide to retreat to link up with the units behind them and engage the enemy.

The Isumi Valkyries' battle area control officer, Lieutenant Suzumiya Haruka, informs the troops of the combat situation.

The Valkyries have the secured the launch point for the Susano-O's attack. They resupply while keeping a watch on their surroundings.

Admiral Ozawa, in command of the operation, orders the 2nd Division of the Combined Fleet to open fire. This is a diversionary attack to lure BETA swarms to the western coast of Sadogashima.
