Yuuko is concerned about the Second Division being in the line of fire of the Laser Class. Admiral Ozawa says that modern battleships do not sink so easily because of their thick armor and defense systems.

Plan G Phase 2 will be finished when the 00 Unit arrives at the Mogami. Cpt. Isumi will remain at the Susano-O and do her best to restart it.

The BETAs in the Mano Bay area all fell still at once. They did not react at all to the shells raining down on them, but simply continued to stand there.

Once she'd said goodbye to Takeru, she'd have talked to everyone on the Mogami she needed to. Yuuko says that nobody is monitoring the line, and they can use it as they like.

This secret line will switch to communication with the Kunisaki at Michiru's order. Yuuko and Haruka leave the room so that they can say goodbye.
