BETA swarms continued to swarm endlessly from all over Sadogashima. It was as if the gates of hell themselves had opened up.

The alarm sounds again in the control room. An even larger BETA swarm emerged and has begun to head for the Susano-O.

Four rays of light rush through the air. A blast of immense power strikes at humanity's hope.

Yuuko instructs him to retrieve the 00 unit and leave the battle area. Takeru is concerned about what she wants to do with the Susano-O.

Takeru forgets that remote control is impossible, and suggests using automatic control to get the Susano-O back to base. Yuuko thinks of having Cpt. Isumi enter the command directly.

The Valkyries decide to hide in the shadows of the valley and shut down their engines, letting the Destroyer Class pass through them before attacking them from behind.

Commander Abe, aboard the flagship of the 2nd Division of the Combined Fleet, Shinano, orders the attack. Each ship under his command throws all the firepower they have into their bombardment.

Mankind cannot afford to lose the Susano-O, its most powerful weapon. The Valkyries, and Shirogane Takeru, have to do whatever it takes to protect it.
