A hail of iron rains down on the coast of Mano Bay. Shells that have passed through the Laser Class's defenses begin to land on the BETA at the landing point.

A small group of BETAs approaches A-01 as they guard the initial assault point.

In preparation for intercepting the BETA swarm, the Valkyries gathered all the supply containers they could find in the area and built a defensive line at a nearby dam. They also request support bombardment.

Captain Isumi informs her troops of the current status of the operation. The Susano-O is arriving on schedule, and they must protect its initial attack point.

Heavy Laser Class BETA fire their lasers at full power. Rays of light far more powerful than those of a standard Laser Class fall on the TSF carriers.

Lt. Pyatkh reports on the location of Operation Code A-02, the Susano-O. It is currently passing through Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

Sauber tries to notify the other units of the new BETA activity, but can do nothing because their comms cables have been cut.

Whisky Unit, composed of Imperial Army troops, launches for Sadogashima. Any that get too high up become easy prey for the lasers.

Operators of the UN and Imperial Forces control the large-scale battle. They remain calm despite the many losses in the early stages of the operation.
