Operators of the UN and Imperial Forces control the large-scale battle. They remain calm despite the many losses in the early stages of the operation.

Lost in thought, Takeru starts at the sound of Meiya's voice. She's just telling him that resupply is proceeding as planned.

The Valkyries are notified that bombardment will begin again in 10 minutes, after the fleet switches to AL rounds.

Admiral Ozawa is shocked at how much effort the UN forces are putting into this operation. For many of the soldiers whose homeland had been lost, this is the first step toward recapturing the continent.

The Susano-O begins to refill the charged particle cannon. The Valkyries resume its escort.

Takeru looks at the remains of the Hive and realizes that Yuuko was right: humanity might survive after all.

The torrent of charged particles destroyed the BETA in the line of fire, the hive's surface structure, and everything else in its path.

The above-ground structure of the Hive had collapsed to the point that most of it was gone forever. Ozawa says that Yuuko's name will go down in history.

In the Shinano's CIC, Captain Abe and the other personnel in charge are also witnessing the destruction of the hive's surface structure by the charged particle cannon.

So many lives were lost the day Sado fell. But now their deaths have finally been avenged…

The BETA group around Mano Bay continues to move south. The BETA swarm heading for the Susano-O is only 7km away.

Captain Isumi continues to try to access the self-destruct program. While continuing her work, she also keeps abreast of the situation of her subordinates.
