The Valkyries hear the words of their commander: if they don’t want anyone else to die like Takahara, they’ll have to protect themselves.

The transports are following an ultra-low flight path to avoid Laser Class and anti-air craft fire. This is extremely dangerous, as they might crash into the mountains.

The transports reach the target point and begin the TSF drop sequence.

The rebel forces assume Arrow-One formation and charge in from the left flank.

Takeru realizes that this whole debate was an attempt to buy time for Yuuhi to rest.

Lt. Tsukuyomi says that the American government's actions have caused their own soldiers to be put in danger, and if he’s going to try and blame it on Japan he shouldn’t intervene at all.

Kashiwagi takes down a rebel with a Type 87 Support Assault Cannon. A rebel Shiranui comes to attack her, judging her to be the greater threat.

Yuuhi's hands shake slightly, as she says that Meiya may be disillusioned with her for using her as a political tool.

Takeru tells Yuuhi that she understands how both the soldiers who caused the coup and the politicians who worked so hard for Japan feel.

Tsukuyomi wants more time for Yuuhi to rest, but Major Walken wants the mission to succeed.

Lt. Tsukuyomi is pained at the thought of having put Yuuhi in danger, but Sgt. Jinguuji tells her the words she was told by her Chief Maid.

As the time comes to get moving again, Takeru is hesitant to use the Triazolam.
