Sagiri is ashamed when he realizes the reason why the Shogun fled the capital.

Sakon gives his opinion of the truth of the coup: that the youth have risen up to fix the nation’s corruption.

Takeru says that the reason Meiya didn’t use the Takemikazuchi Yuuhi sent was that she didn’t like being given special treatment.

Yuuhi says the Shogun has a duty to lead the charge into every battle.
