The next morning. As long as Sumika remembers him, Takeru can survive. He goes to see Hakuryo one last time.

Takeru deliberately uses harsh words to drive Sumika away, knowing he's become a walking disaster.

Sumika must have reread her diary over and over again, trying to keep from losing the memories of Takeru.

If he lives, he could cause someone else to die again, so Takeru begs her to erase him from existence.

Goodbye for today. But for some reason, Takeru won't let her go.
