207-B corners Takeru. They don't know what's going on, so this sudden development startles them.

After the results of yesterday's experiment Yuuko adjusted the device. Today they have to make it work.

Now that his resolve is restored after hearing Yuuko's words, Takeru is given an envelope.

Takeru is in tears, happy to be home after several years.

Kasumi collapsed, but Takeru is only told that she's suffering from extreme exhaustion and loss of concentration.

With Kasumi exhausted the experiment is called off for the day.

Takeru is told to avoid contact with anybody expect her to minimize confusion.

Yuuko orders Takeru to envision his old world.

Takeru meets the old Yuuko but she thinks it’s about his finals.

Takeru asks why he had to live in this same room as Kasumi for this experiment.

Inside the envelope are things the other Yuuko will believe, like the basis behind this world's Yuuko's Quantum Causality Theory.

Takeru envisions himself fully present, able to interfere with the other world.
